It’s just some eyeliner to the left
And then some mascara to the right.
With a touch of gloss on your lips.
You bring your bronzer in tight.
Let’s do the Beauty Warp again!

Cue Frank N. Furter.

In an announcement just in time for Halloween and “Rocky Horror Picture Show” fans, MAC has just revealed a beauty collection named after the cult classic musical.

Expected to launch online Sept. 21 and in stores on Oct. 2, the 21 piece collection will come in black packaging and will feature the iconic red lip film logo.

According to James Gager, MAC’s senior vice president and creative director, the characters from the film have inspired most of the beauty looks from the collection.

The 1975 film features Hollywood heavy hitters, such as Susan Sarandon, Tim Curry and Meatloaf, all who wear vampy, glam makeup looks throughout the film.

Dammit, MAC, we love you. This is your coolest collection yet. (via MAC’s Campy Cool “Rocky Horror Picture Show” Beauty Collection | Obsessed Magazine)

Who knew that we’d be celebrating sharks nearly 40 years after the debut of  Steven Spielberg’s iconic thriller, “Jaws.” Since the 1975 film debut, we’ve had a fascination with the jagged-tooth ocean predator. And we’re certainly not the only ones.
Enter Shark Week, Discovery’s week long programming centered around all things sharks. But shark week, which starts this Monday, is not limited to just the Discovery Channel.   The Syfy Channel just released Sharknado 2 this past weekend, and many others— both websites and TV networks—plan to participate in celebrating Shark Week, too.
We at Obsessed mag intend to also show our Shark spirit next week—in the most fashionable (and cheeky) way.
Ahead, 5 killer ways we’ll be showing our shark week support.
Not only can you wear these super shark week-worthy picks year-round, but they’re also affordable at under $50.

Guess which two powerhouse icons are teaming up for a wickedly fashionable collaboration?
None other than the red-sole designer Christian Louboutin and the statuesque Angelina Jolie.
Not only did Jolie receive rave reviews for her role in the successful Disney movie, “Maleficent,” but the custom Christian Louboutin shoes she wore while promoting the film also received its share of attention. Which is why the two have decided to make footwear inspired by Jolie’s “Maleficent” character fall’s new trend!
The limited-edition shoe, called “Malangeli,” features mesh panels and a sculpted heel in the shape of smoke and will retail for $1599. Pretty fierce, right?
Expected to be released in October and custom produced on a made-to-order basis by calling the Christian Louboutin’s Mount Street store at 020 7491 0033, proceeds from the sales of the “Malageli” show will benefit SOS Children’s Villages.

America’s most beloved Beagle, Snoopy, and his sister, Belle, are getting the fashion treatment for the second time, as part of the “Peanuts” comic strip’s 65th anniversary.

It was in 1984, when designers such as Thierry Mugler, Jean Paul Gaultier, Lagerfeld and many other notable names outfitted the Charles Schulz-created siblings in a “Snoopy for Fashion” for exhibition for Louvre and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.

Now, according to WWD, the “Peanuts” pups are to be outfitted again for the 30th Anniversary of the original “Snoopy for Fashion” exhibition.

Both Betsey Johnson and Diane von Furstenberg participated in the first exhibition 30 years ago, and both designers will return for a second round with Dries Van Noten, Calvin Klein Collection, Isabel Marant, Rodarte and others.

2014’s “Snoopy and Belle in Fashion” exhibition, which will feature the vinyl siblings dressed in designer duds, will launch during New York Fashion week on September 6 at the New Museum’s Sky Room.

Hang on Snoopy, Snoopy hang on. We’ll be there to see you, and your comic-couture, at Fashion Week.

These days, everyone is talking about Cara Delevingne. And for good reason. In less than a year, the English model has managed to go from being a relatively unknown face to everyone’s new favorite model of the moment.

She’s been the face of the campaigns for Mulberry, Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry and DKNY. She’s also got a mean set up acting chops, having starred in films such as “Anna Karenina” and “London Fields.” Oh yea - she also sings and designs clothes, too.

Really, is there anything Cara can’t do?

Cara’s journey to model dominance continues with a new gig for high street brand Topshop as the solo face of their fall/winter 2014 campaign. Check out the photos above, which feature Cara wearing Topshop’s latest collection of tomboy separates, mod-inspired dresses and winter coats. Now we see why everyone thinks Delevigne is so divine.

Take note ladies, this is how you show off your brassiere while still being tasteful. With Jamie Chung showing us the perfect downtown chic look last week, Ashley Benson made a more uptown appearance, showing us the ultimate New York Midtown modern look.
Dressed like a typical New York style maven in all black, Ashley Benson wore head-to-toe H&M for the retailer’s Flagship Fifth Avenue Store Launch Event on July 15th.
Combing the edge of downtown with the elegance of uptown, Benson wore a tailored blazer, a sheer lace top and skinny jeans.
Completed with a gorgeous Lorraine Schwartz diamond necklace and carrying the Jeff Koons bag from the new H&M collaboration, the “Pretty Little Liars” star proved that even California girls can fit in on a New York red carpet.

Okay, so we’ll admit it. We’ve got a major problem with beauty product hoarding. And no, we’ve not reached “Hoarders” fame status…yet, but we’re pretty darn close.
For a beauty junkie on the go, it’s hard to edit down your product (can’t we just take it all?).
Thankfully, we always carry a pliable and stylish makeup bag that will only fit so much, which forces us to just take the basics when we’re on the move.
But when it comes to carrying around our beauty goods, we don’t want to carry it in just any bag. An incredible beauty collection deserves an equally incredible bag.
Luckily, there are many options befitting of many preferences and sartorial personalities, from colorful bags with quirky quotes to studded leather bags for the edgy, cool rocker girl.
Here are some of our favorites—all worthy of carrying around our beloved beauty stash.
